No. We operate on a month-to-month basis with a two-week notice period to cancel. No minimum commitment, no termination fees, and no lock-in clauses.

Yes. We offer a one-week free trial for new clients so you can experience our service before committing. All we ask for is a discovery call and a signed service agreement to get started.

We handle all training internally. After our discovery call, we build your custom SOPs and brief your assigned agents fully before they go live. You don’t need to train anyone just review the SOPs and give us feedback.

Yes. We provide 24/7 coverage and can align agent schedules to your business hours, your clients’ timezone, or around-the-clock operations — depending on your needs.

You communicate through your preferred channel. Slack, email, WhatsApp, or phone. We adapt to your workflow, not the other way around.

Every agent is supervised by an internal team lead. You also receive daily EOD reports and weekly summaries so you always know what’s being done and how your team is performing.

We are experienced with LimoAnywhere, Ground Alliance, Moovs, TaxiCaller, iCabbi, Workiz, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and more. If you use a different platform, let us know, we adapt to your existing tools.

We work with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Freshsales, GoHighLevel, and most other major CRM platforms. We can also help you set up a new CRM if you don’t currently use one.

Yes. We offer a one-time software setup service for dispatch platforms, CRMs, and communication tools. Setup fees range from $200-$300 depending on the complexity of the platform.

Our services are billed at an affordable hourly rate with no long-term contracts. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your business.

Yes. Weekend and holiday coverage is included in your standard hourly rate at no additional charge. Your operation never goes dark.

We invoice weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference. We accept ACH, credit/debit card, and wire transfer. Payment terms are Net 7.

Yes. You can add agents, reduce hours, or change service scope at any time with two weeks’ notice. There are no penalties for scaling down.
